Skin hunting in any kind of form!! Do not wear fur coats people and see below for the reasons why!!!! I get Enraged when I see these kinda pictures!!!!!

Those are pretty gruesome and I agree to some extents, however, in many places, like here in Wisconsin, hunting is necessary.  If there were no hunters here, the White-tail deer population would explode.  If there were no hunters to lower the population every year, there would be deer everywhere.  They would be so abundant that the number of car and deer accidents would increase, the greater number of deer would put a strain on the ecosystem and the extra deer would eat more food, which would reduce the amount of food, leading to more deer dying from starvation and disease.  Hunting takes the deer with less suffering for the deer and helps keep the ecosystem in balance.

However, I agree that what those pictures and videos were sick and gruesome and that should not be done.  It was horrible what was being done to those animals and it doesn't seem necessary, however, there are many parts of the world where that is normal and many cultures depend on fur and hunting to survive and that is what has been going on for thousands of years.

It's also pretty ridiculous that Jennifer Lopez needs all those fur coats.  I've been to LA and it's not that cold there ever.

I agree that hunting to keep populations in line like with your deer example is necsescary. But there the animals are killed with least possible amount of suffering(me thinks) But I dissaprove killing animals Because of some fashion Hype and I wonder how the world would react is someone would go and walk around in a J-Lo skin.

as someone who loves animals, i have decided not to click on the links...i have seen cruelty before of the highest order, and dont really want to see it again...just the thought makes me sick, and even though im not a violent person, cruelty, to either people or animals, is garantueed to set me off...... >:(     dont get me wrong, i think that hunting, or culling, has its place, but killing just for a goddamn coat or some shit just isnt right... >:( >:(

I didn't even check that link- I don't have to, and it'll just make me angry. Why the hell would somebody skin any animal without dispatching it first, unless they enjoy inflicting suffering? Even a fish deserves better.  >:(

I think this is a good example of a group (in this case PETA) using the worst possible senerio to get a point accross.

Most importantly (and I didn't click it either), why post it up for other people to see?  If you're the kinda guy who enjoys that sort of things, you're just going to pass it on to other people.  Not to mention the webmasters are noticing how many times the video is "hit".  I wouldn't put a direct link up, but I'd mention what was being done....no need to give them any more advertising.

At least when I used to hunt in ZA I killed the animal long before skinning it (usually from a distance of 100+ yards with a rifle, It never felt a thing).

Ive done a little hunting, and there was only 1 time that I had to shoot an animal twice. It was extremely windy, and it was a long shot. Anyway, I felt bad about that, that animal had to suffer because of something I did. I cant immagine what kind of suck f*** could skin an animal alive. It makes me angery as well.

I agree that the images were sickening, but to compare Souchiro to fssux for posting them isn't fair, the images were posted in a completlely different context too the one's posted by fssux.

for starters, Souchiro wasn't doing this to make us all vomit, he was doing it to point out a problem that he feels very strongly about - & looking at the previous posts, everybody else is IN AGREEMENT with Souchiro's views. Souchiro also treated us all to a very large warning about the graphic nature of these images:

fssux however, was posting graphic images purely in order to make us all here at SimV horrified, fssux's pictures contained no warning whatsoever about their content & were posted multiple times into  threads that they had no  relevance to at all.

Ok, so maybe Souchiro could've left out the direct link, but you were all warned & nobody was forced to click on the link.

I'm not trying to start an argument, I just think that in the direct aftermath of the fssux problem, it's unfair to jump down Souchiro's throat & acuse him of the same thing.

Not comparing Souichiro with anybody ...just the disgusting pics...and STILL say IMHO there is no need for anybody to point to this kind of stuff............
