On the other hand, if he was a fully paid up, law abiding citizen doing 32mph in a 30mph zone - then he really would be in trouble.

Posted: Tue Apr 19, 2005 7:01 pmOkay, I have another question while we are talking about that region. What was the Kosovo conflict about? I know a guy who was involved in it with the US Army, and all he knew was that it had something to do with genocide against muslims. I tryed looking it up, but all I could find were old news articles that dont give a "big picture".

Posted: Tue Apr 19, 2005 7:44 pmDon't know all the details, but basically it was the usual old tribal animosity, suppressed for a long time by the boot of the Soviet Union, I'd imagine. A lot of that stuff has been stirred up since that government collapsed.
