Email the guy who took that one and ask him. That's what I did to the two gentlemen who often spot at Newark and Philly.

Judging by how its taken (on the tarmac) I think he may be a ramp rat. Dosen't hurt to ask. Hey, maybe you can write to your congressman and ask for a pardon so you can get down there too.
