surely when "LISA RATHKE, Associated Press Writer" wrote the article she should have recognised the difference between Duck Tape? (what ever that is), and Duct Tape...>>

Duct Tape is an adhesive tape originally designed to prevent air loss through joints in air ventilation ducts.
