i can't believe it, i just planned a trip to Kauai, HI on June. climate predictions say the weathers is absolutely beautiful. but onto the real point of this subject.

I have a small list of things to do in Kauai-Lihue, but 'd like my list to expand.

I wanna to jetskiing, relaxing on the beach, and snorkeling. now i know theres more to do, but what would you suggest?

scuba diving

and a helicopter tour

For heaven's sake, yes, you gotta go flying there!! Of course, I can't think of a much better place to do absolutely nothing.
But... if you're into snorkeling, why not try SCUBA? Not the whole course if money's an issue- one dive, and you'll be hooked. I still haven't gotten certified, but I did a week's worth in Jamaica a while back, and it was amazing.

What a waste of time & money. You might as well stay at home & do that. I imagine you could go to far more exotic places than Hawaii just sitting in your bedroom.

plus US authorities kind of frown upon drugs in public If you even manage to get em through customs.

I hear there is a good beginner surfing location north of Kahului (PHOG).

Speaking of flying some more, there was an article in a Plane & Pilot a while back that had a list of the worst crosswinds around. I forget which island it was, but Hawaii was one of the worst. (Or best, depending on your outlook) In fact they interviewed a CFI there and he said that on one high-wind takeoff, he clipped the top of a wave at the end of the runway (also the end of the island) and boogered up the prop, but didn't go for a swim.

So I again suggest going flying!!

A couple of years ago a friend of mine accidentally took a box of 20bore shotgun cartridges through american customs in his hand luggage without them being picked up. So I don't think they're too likely to pick up a few drugs...

what was your longest flight you have ever done...PHNL direct to KORD seems pretty boring IMO...I personally rather have stops on the way to stretch and and get to takeoff and land again....also why go to Hawaii in the Summer?...you should go there in the colder months....
