Imagine NCC-1701 and Capt Kirk kicking the Cyclons back on their heels...without getting touched.
Gunfire against energy sheilds?
Cylon Raiders against phasers?
Seems like lots of wreckage surrounding Enterprise.

There's a crazy fan fiction out there mixing a bunch of shows of the 80's with Galactica.
Basically Galactica finds Earth but it's under Vistor("V") occupation. Knight Rider, A-Team , Airwolf etc. are also part of the human resistance. Galactica stays hidden and just sends the usual bunch to secretly explore. However our favorite characters' get screwed up. Athena gets preg by a Visitor, Apollo becomes Diana's brainwashed slave. Diana wants to breed them with visitors for a new starchild she can control. Starbuck at least hitches a ride with Kit(and notices Kit's cylon-like eye) after being lost all over CA. He meets up with the A-Team and of course the dude that looks like him! Finally Philip and the fifth column visitors meet up with Adama and they gang up on Diana's ship which retreats. Elizabeth also becomes the new "great" leader and supports the Galacticans. But then the Cylons also arrive and they are revealed to be subspecies of the Visitors who of course got corrupted by Count Iblis millennia ago. More battles in the solar system. The Cylons are driven back and the Galacticans with the reformed Visitors work to rebuild Earth etc.
Forgot where it is now. somewhere under fan fiction. Interesting but I didn't like how it was so harsh on the Galactica principals!(female fan fiction obviously)

Yes, and somehow they forgot another influential element. A klingon bird of pray pops out of a timewarp right about that time with Kirk and co-horts aboard looking to save some silly bellowing right whale to avert a natural disaster of the future caused by a mysterious bunch of alien greenpeacers visiting in an oversized cuban cigar who are down right indignant at the extinction of right whales in the 23rd century. So, now they have to fight cylons and V with a crippled bird of prey and still manage to get that whale and timewarp back.
