Oh yes, thanks Craig for putting this up early. I can't wait to hear some nice lively discussion here. ;)

LOL. I think the Eagles need to leave TO out of the team. Even Mcnabb has shown reservations about him playing. They have a good team with pleanty of momentum right now, a player like Owens ruins that in an instant.

I have to disagree with you Craig. I think they need TO to win or even come close. He is just too talented. At least you can say he is better than Moss. ::)

Philadelphia @ New England : New England

Just for the record, this is the first time in their last 3 appearances that I have said New England is going to win (you can see how my Super Bowl predicting has been of late).

As for Philadelphia needing TO, I think thats an understatement.  They don't just need TO, they need a healthy TO.  I don't think they can beat a team like the Patriots without him.

If New England wins I'll be happy because I have always like the Patriots (they are my 3rd favorite team behind the Panthers and the Bears).  But, if they do win the comparing of Tom Brady to Joe Montana (my favorite player of all-time) will continue-and I don't like that.  Tom Brady is NOT Joe Montana.

Tom Brady is Tom Brady. You cant compair him to any other QB. He is quietly setting himself up to be remembered in the long run. 10 years from now there wont be any of this Peyton Manning crap or Michael Vick rubbish. People only remember the big things and when they do in 10 years, Brady will be the one remembered as a 3 time SB champion as part of an awesome team. He may even be mentioned alongside the Marinos(an odd ball in terms of rememberance) the Montanas and the Elways.

hmm, what was I going to say here...

o yea, that's right,

GO EAGLES!!!

I really think people are underestimating the eagles, and what they can do without TO. While NE has a better chance of winning, the eagles also have a much better chance of beating them than people think they do. TO isn't the MVP of this team-it's Westbrook and McNabb. Noone has mentioned us losing Chad Lewis yet-or how the eagles made the most unintelligible decision I have ever heard, hiring a guy that hasn't played foosball in two years and putting him in at starting TE. WTF? LJ Smith could've held that spot fine.

Anyway, keep your eyes on the eagles D, I think they'll play well.

Like i said earlier beef, TO could ruin the momentum that the Eagles have at the moment. He sems to enjoy having all the crowd look at him so let him play cheerleader again. If he really isnt going to be given medical clearance before the game, then he needs to show that he is a team player by excluding himself. If he is only at 70% and his replacement is healthy at 100% why should the team select him.

That's an excellent point, but like I said, the eagles have already made one weird-ass personelle decision by bringing in Jeff Thomason (LJ Smith could've easily filled Chad's spot). So who knows.

Once again an Eagles player has given me reason to dislike them even more.

I think Mitchell of all people should keep his mouth shut. Theres gotta be something in the water at the Eagles camp which causes them to open there mouths and speak without thinking. Mcnabb matured to another level this year and has not been quite as vocal this year, and just seems a nice guy this year. Shame the team couldn't follow that. ::)

I am and EASLES fan..but giving the ball to LJ Smith to me isn't a great idea I know Chad is oput for the game but I NEVER feel safe with him and his hard hands...I remember...I think it was last year..when McNAbb thorugh the ball to LJ 2-3 in the red zone and he was OPEN on every play and he missed it ever since then I have lost all of my confidnece in LJ

Anyways

I pick Eagles to win  ;)

I trust LJ  :)

I trust him more than some guy that hasn't played in two years.
