That's weird?  How about his prior charge of "illegally placing body fluid" on someone?  Sounds like the pork chop thing was just a normal day for this guy.

LOL Remind me not to do anything bad enough to end up in jail with this maniac. :o

I thought this headline has a better ring to it. Paraphrased from the story.
Inmate settles beef with pork chop.

Do I get the job? :D

You'd be suprised what Inmates use to make weapons...

Even Toilet paper can make a shiv...

illegally placing body fluid

a.k.a. as throwing urine and feces (sometimes , spit, vomit, and sperm as well

There's a name for this sort of prisioner...a "slushie".  Sometimes these prisioners find themselved in a cage with a solid pexiglass window for a front door...(ventilated so they don't suffocate).

I've read that 99% of prisoners are obedient.  Know to be quiet, cooperate, etc...they don't want it to be any harder than it has to be.

I know of a guy who was getting out...he had just  been approved for parole.  In the US, when you get approved for parole, they don't let you out right away, you have to demonstrate good behavior on the inside before you're scheduled to be let out (a period of six months I think, but it may vary from state to state).

Well, this guy was passed a reefer (marijuana cigarette) to hide and did so, then told his cell block afterwards that he'd just been approved and not to ask that of him again.  All the guys were saying thing like: "why didn't you say so?"  and "Don't worry, you're going home!"

Some days later, during a prison baseball game, this guy was being provoked by another guy.  A fight was imminent.  He didn't care about the parole, all he was thinking about was how he was going to fight.  While he was standing there, he blinked and found his whole cell block was between him and the other guy.  One guy said to the one provoking him: "you ain't bothering him...he's going home!"  Another said: "I think you're stepping on him because he's going home!"  Still another big one said: "You know I wan't him to go home.  I think you're stepping on me!"

Just a bit of a story...

"placing bodily fluid"? makes it sound like he gently applied it.
