After 5 weeks of long and hard work, I finally cracked the school internet site's filter system!

Unfortunally, as the good boy I am, nothing illeagle was involved, just alittle go around.

They fix up their servers over the summer, so the techniques that we developed last year are almost all useless.............(they blocked google's cache [well that was useless anyway, except for game sites] and banned all downloads from personal e-mail accounts )

I not posting how I do it now, for obvious reasons  ;)

And my way isn't full-proof, and could be very very very easily shut down

So now I'm happily browsing through these forums during school hours

managed it with ours, its not that difficult. just dont get caught, couple of people did and were suspended and banned from the schools computers for the rest of the year

I fully understand your need to beat the system, but do we not think at times we should forget computers and concentrate on the three R's whilst at school?  Sum ov the spellin an grammer on ere is atroshus

That does not excuse you from using full stops at the end of your sentences.

And as for school computer networks: Stay well clear of them. If it has been set up with any know how at all then the admin can see everything that happens on every computer and can read anything that goes in and out through the network. Also there is usually enough oily grease on the hair and faces of those who go in there to make the north sea oil fields seem like a small puddle.

been at college 6 weeks and my ID still dosn't work, only 4 out of a class of 23 can even log on  ::)
