Advice please! - doing up the 'going away car'

Postby Saitek » Mon Oct 18, 2004 1:48 am

Going to a wedding a week Friday. My friends said I had to help make the guys car a,  well - mess!
Shaving cream and balloons seems to be the old favourites. Can any of yous give any tips on harmless fun?
I've heard of pennies in the hub caps, even ping pong balls up the exhaust :o - but I guessed I'd get some good ideas here anyway.  8)

Cheers

Get a box of condoms and blow them up like balloons and fill the car with them, that is relatively harmless fun!
Also tie toilet roll round and round the car so its difficult to open the doors and don't forget to tie lots of cans to the rear tow-point ;)

Hmmm... don't think I should get that carried away eno... I suppose though it would stick nice to stuff like shaving cream.

Empty the fuel out the car, then run the engine 'til there is no fuel left in there.  I would love to see his face, especially when he to push the car to the nearest station, LOL ;D

Shrink wrap it!!!!!!

Wrap the whole car in clingfilm and then lightly wave a blowtorch over it. Not so much to as cause damage but enough to shrink the clingfilm to a nice tight fit.

;D ;D

Put vaseline under the door handles so when they open the door they get a nice surprise...  ;D  Stick a "I hate cops" bumper sticker on the car when they're not looking.

My fav. is shrinkwrap. Do the entire car in that. Another option is sticky notes. Cover the entire car with sticky notes. Depending on the car, a typical small car, a 2000 Ford Focus, required about 13,000 sticky notes. Something else to do, is, get a stack of new "uniformed citations" (also known as tickets) to cover the front windsheild. While your at it, put a notice on the window - notice that the car must be moved within 24 hours or it will be impounded.

Sorry for double posting but - Get 4 GOJAKS - Basically, you lift a car onto these, and push the car around. They typically are used to move cars around a shop, but..... In the wrong right hands could be used as a prank. They are simple to use - both setup and taking the car off the jacks. Another item to try, I can't remember the name of it off hand, ..... It basically is a wheel lock. It doesn't allow the wheel to turn. They are orange, and fully cover the wheel, and most cars, the tires as well. Get four of those puppies and your set.
