Cool, so far so good, seems I might have done well in my system setup choices. The people at Dell were freaking out, they're use to most people knowing little about computers.

BTW, the 80 gig is for pictures of Emi.... ;D....my wife has become an adoptive grandma of sorts and to see her reactions and hear her comments.....she really enjoys the role.

Oops, missed this one, well as I said-

There goes all my Christmas, birthday, father's day and anniversary presents for probably the rest of my natural life....lol.

;D

A bunch, as my wife puts it, "A great BIG bunch!"

I got tired of memory issues on my old system and decided if I was going to get a new one, I'd get it so it would hopefully last for along time. This one has a 4 year warranty as well.

LOL, You should see the darn printer- scanner combo, the Dell A960, OMG, it looks like something you'd find in a business office or doctors office. Res is 4800 X 1200. Makes my old Canon BJC-3000 look like a box of kleenx.

Hi Romulus I bet if you put a tail wheel on it and a couple of wings it will probably fly :)

It sure sounds like a wonderful system.
I have a P3 and want to upgrade...am just starting to look, my problem is I am a two hour drive from any major store.
I also know very little about computers and last years bad winter is when I actually took notice of them.
Any tips send my way please on mail if you like.

Congratulations on your new system.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
