Blind fish puts dogs to shame!

Fish smarter than dogs

Fish are much smarter and brainier than dogs when it comes to learning things, claim scientists from Oxford University.

The scientists conducted an aquatic obstacle course, and found that the blind Mexican cave fish memorized the challenges in just a few hours and remembered them even several months later. They said that the tasks accomplished by fish would have certainly left other pets like hamsters and dogs absolutely baffled.

"The public perception of fish is that they are pea-brained numbskulls who can't remember things for more than a few seconds. We're now finding that they are very capable of learning and remembering, and possess a range of mental skills that would surprise many people," said Dr. Theresa Burt de Perera.

Well in  Indonesia they eat dog. :-/ ::)

Sorry, I know I have to respect culture, but the idea of dog 'n chips is disgusting! Or dog 'n batter or anything for that matter. ::)

For some cultures it's disgusting to eat cows...or porks.

Each to his own.

I'd eat dog if it was served up to me. :P Dog 'n' chips doesn't sound much worse than chicken and chips or sausage 'n' chips to me.
