Here's a list of areas with WebCams at airports and other interesting sites:

http://www.ags.uci.edu/~tmheaney/SNA/cameras.htm

And another one of a huge list of airports:

Thanks Ender for the links...!
..saved 'em... ;)...!

I love the "Live ATC" site...

http://liveatc.net/feedindex.php

Makes me greatful for the actual ATC "Text message" window appearing in my flight sim window.... ::)...!
How ATC and the pilots understand the garbled messages broadcast beats me... ::)...!

....(.." would you mind repeating that again "...)... :-[...!
LOL... ;D...!

Cheers Ender.. ;D...!

Paul.

P.S. ..having fun with the live KSFO/KOAK Air Traffic Control broadcasts... ;D...!

P.P.S.  If anyone wants to pop into our dear old Hagar's local....have a look here...>>>

LOL... ;D...!

I used to have a list of links for Live ATC (time delayed actually by 5 minutes) and loved to sit and listen, but recently noticed many no longer work, probably due to Homeland Security :-/

Although there is one that at the right time is interesting it is of a local airport in Australia where a lot of flight training takes place. Let me see if I can find the link.
Looks like a lot of the links that Ender posted are dead too :'(

Hi Jeff...!
The ATC link I posted above seems to work O.K.... ;D...!
I just have to remember the different time zones... ::)...!

When I try it here in England at breakfast time, ATC at KSFO, (San Francisco), are probably still asleep at their desks...(6 hours behind)... :o...!

So it's often pretty quiet... ;D...!
LOL...!

Wouldn't it be nice if the real ATC broadcasts were as slow, clear, and precise as they are in the flight sim... ;D...!

Just completed a trip from KSFO to Lost Isle, via Concord Buchanan in the flight sim, (FS 2002), Cessna 182RG...fantastic, clear, ATC conversations... ;D...!

Cheers all...!

Paul.
