A tour boat in downtown Chicago was giving a tour of Chicago's historical landmarks along the Chicago River today when two buses on the bank of the river decided to empty their human waste tanks into the river. The passengers and crew were immediatley deluged in excrement before the boat could move out of the way. Several passengers were taken to nearby Northwestern Memorial Hospital (where my wife works coincidentally) for treatment and to get cleaned up. Crewmembers got the license plates of the buses and the police are investigating...
