MOSCOW (AP ) - A helicopter crashed in northern Siberia on Thursday, killing at least six of the 15 people aboard, an Emergency Situations Ministry spokesman said.
The Mi-8 helicopter went down in the Tyumen region, about 1,000 miles northeast of Moscow, and burst into flames, ministry spokesman Sergei Vlasov said.
The fate of the remaining nine people aboard was not immediately known.
