My movie pick of the week: The Shootist
Posted: Mon Aug 02, 2004 3:47 pmI know, it's been a couple weeks since I changed my movie, but I've been a bit busy about things.
My friends at work were just talking about this movie the other day. Someone said that in the book, John Wayne's character was killed by Ron Howard's character and that it would not have been a good ending to the movie to have JW killed by RH so they changed it in the screenplay.
Great movie--I'll have to see it again one of these days.
