For Those with Photoshop...

Postby Scorpiоn » Tue Jul 27, 2004 6:12 pm

While Paint Shop Pro saved .JPGs easily within' Simviation guidelines, Photoshop has proved tricky.  My personal "1940s Scorpion" avatar was difficult to reduce below 15K, much less 10K.  The solution?  Simple.  Instead of saving under "Save As", save under "Save for Web"...

You could have asked,.......... I did a " sorta tutorial " on that for Photoshop 6, quite some time ago................unfortunately its gone from the archives here at SimV........... There is one now at the top of Screenshots now, but I'm not sure if it addresses that particular situation........

.....after work, I'll look up the old images and see if I can put a post together to help on this one, for those who still don't get it........

The tute you speak of Ken is how I learned!  ;D
Yes, when all the old images were removed from the archives last year, I am afraid Ken's images went along with it!  :o   :'(
