Where in the world did this come from?  I think it came from a game, but no one knows ehere exactly, it really bothers me.  Even non nerds know this!  Why am I being left out?!

Finally.  Mystery solved. Zero Wing?  Glad to say I've never heard of it.

The reason I ask this, is I've been hearing this strange little saying more and more at school (before Summer Break, that is) even by non-nerds, since I stay away from nerds, or try to at least.  I was looking through my audio files of Command & Conquer Generals: Zero Hour and listening to a lot of stuff EA didn't use.  Then, in a very angry, Arabic voice, I hear: All you base are belong to us! I just had to know, I couldn't take the mystery anymore.
