Is there a way to find out what network a person is using by looking at there number. For example: I'm on Virgin, and my number is 079638*27*9. (Didn't think it would be a good Idea to post it entirely!) My mates phone, which is also on virgin, and bought at a similar time, begins with 07963? Is that a network code, like you would have a location on a landline, or a coincidence?
