There are two Airline docs, the first one I believe depicted the everyday life of Easyjet crew, mostly the ground personell unfortuneately.... and later on an american version came along, featuring Southwest Airlines.

I think they are kinda boring, too much soap opera, too little flying

Thanks Nexus. I watched a couple of the original UK "Airline" episodes when they were first shown here  & wished I hadn't. I can't say that I was impressed with the way Easyjet treats its customers - although I realise that they were acting up purely because the cameras were there. This fly-on-the-wall stuff doesn't appeal to me. I doubt it gives a true impression of what it's really like 99% of the time or they wouldn't remain in business for 5 minutes. ::)

It's not for me to tell you what to watch. I know some people enjoy this sort of thing. This is purely my opinion based on what I saw in a couple of episodes. To be honest, I can't think what possessed the Easyjet management to go along with it. They must have had some idea of how it would turn out. Every business has awkward customers to deal with & I didn't think their staff handled the situation well at all. They wouldn't have lasted long in the company I worked for. Watching this programme didn't give me a lot of confidence in their company & I doubt I'll ever chance flying with their airline. Still, they say there's no such thing as bad publicity. LOL ::) ;)
