These have probably been posted before, but, here are some facts that the normal person (we are not normal but oh well) Doesn't need to know but are interesting.  8) 8)

- On average people fear spiders more than they do death.

- Ninety percent of New York City cabbies are recently arrived immigrants.

- Elephants are the only animals that can't jump.

- Only one person in two billion will live to be 116 or older.

- It's possible to lead a cow upstairs...but not downstairs.

Yup some of them are posted before, and some of them are not true.

But they sure are intreasting 8)

By the way, Edison invented the electric chair, and he used it on animals to demonstrate how dangerous Tesela (don't think I spelled it right)'s A/C electricity was.

This is definitely not true. My physics teacher took a duck down a valley and proved it! ;D

People can be divided into two groups:  those who post incredible facts and those who divide people into two groups ;)   (just kidding  ;D ;D)

I've heard this said about most major librarys. So, whats true, the fact that one library somewhere is sinking? Or library builders never learn from their mistakes and take great delight in building sinking librarys?
