Favorite plane?

Postby bozotheclown338 » Tue Jun 15, 2004 12:21 am

This would have been a poll if there weren't thousands of planes. What are everybodys favorite planes? I like the Gloster Gladiator. Second would be the Westland Lysander.

Hmmm, thats a tough one for me as it probably will be for most people.  I think my favorite plane is the Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress.  This is followed by the Fokker Dr.1 Triplane and the Messerschmitt Bf109-G which are tied for 2nd.

When you come to think about it...
It should be the Cessna 152... 8)...!
The plane you first learnt to fly on, and without it you probably wouldn't have obtained your Pilots Licence... ;)...!

I also like the de Havilland Chipmunk (what I learnt to fly on), the Tiger Moth, and Piper Cub.
