Yesterday I accessed my e-mail and composed e-mail which all went fine and dandy.
This a.m. I attempt to retrieve my e-mail and I am now referred to MSN.
I follow their dumb a procedures and enter my original e-mail under sympatico and it says it is not correct. The second time it telle me the e-mail is good however no e-mail, just a page of Catch 22 crap.
Has Ma Bell finally joined forces with M$ and if so you would have thought they would have sent e-mails to advise you of any changes (not rocket science).
When I worked there a notification of any change(s) were in order or you were in deep doo doo. Boy have times changed.
If anyone has any info regarding this would you please let me know... Thanks
Oh by the way when I worked there it was the in thing to pick up a phone when it rang and provide info or help.
We didn't have the luxury of having people push one number after another in order to get service.
