Ok this is ridiculous. I have a group of kids outside my house who have twice run up and thrown stones against the car and window. The main problem is the one doing to worst of it is barely 7 years old.The others with him are maybe 15 at most. If it wasnt for the fact i cant afford any form of criminal investigation i would go out there and show the little Sh*ts the true meaning of respect. The police wont come out till they get more complaints. You watch though i go out there they would be right round
This world has gone to hell. Had i done this when i was a kid i would have gotten an ass kicking from the people i was terrorising and rightly so.

What sort of stone throwing lout is going to run to the police if you knock him about a bit?

the sort that throw stones at a sports car and house in the first place. besides like i said, 6 maybe 7 years old. Knocking him about a bit would be me poking him

I know this won't be the most popular position, but if the police are going to ignore it, then I say who gives a crap if they "trip and fall".

I had a similar experience last year. This was a gang of young girls no older than 10 or 11 just daring me to stop them tearing down a bus shelter. I'm afraid there's nothing you can do about it. If you so much as touch them you will be the one to be arrested. It's worse for me as I live on my own & run the risk of being labelled a pervert. These young vandals know all the angles & would take full advantage of it. Even if the police bothered to come out they probably know exactly who these kids are. Both they & the kids know they're too young for them to do anything about it. They're above the law. As you say, what is this world coming to? ???

Look on the bright side. You will be moving soon. Let's hope you won't have a similar problem in your new home.

PS. Due to endless complaints this family has since been moved on to bother some other poor souls. At least they won't trouble me & my neighbours again.

Hype personally i want nothing more than to do that. But as it stands no damage has been done hes both a poor shot. This kid also ran up opened the door and yelled some less than pleasant comments into the house. we do not know these people, never spoken to them never even seen them before. However should they either cause damage to my property or actually enter the house, i will not hesitate to take action police or no police.  Funny enough his older mates/brothers didnt have anything to do with it when i went and spoke to them about it. The little kid ran away And their girlfriends were just there all laying the blame on the little one. The one good thing i get out of all this despite being only 160lbs, i still instill fear in groups of people. Lets hope for my own criminal record i dont have to find out what i could be capable of

We have several gangs like that here. they tear down new park equiptment destroy planted trees and leave needles and drugs laying in parks. The police are so used to them that they dont even bother coming out to deal with them. As you say they are all to young for the courts to do anything. The one thing in this case that is differant is the fact that they are damaging private property and trespassing. Had this been america or some other gun happy country i would have been more than willing to use that law and take out their knee caps, teach the little bstrds some respect

Not a good idea. These are just the type to carry knives. One against a gang isn't good odds however fit you might think you are. You could end up badly slashed or even dead & what would that prove? It just ain't worth it.

these kids definatly arnt the sort to carry knives. Then again i am not really the sort to beat up kids half my age or size. I know some gangs here carry guns and any time i have to go through that area i make sure to walk much faster and always carry some form of personal defense.

P.S. So people know i dont go hunting for fights infact i will do whatever possible to avoid them. However i also wont tolerate anyone damaging my car or house windows.

Hehe! And your moving to Birmingham in a week or so! I believe the gun and knife culture is thriving there.

LOL:) thankfully the area we are now moving to seems quiet enough. And even better i am only going to be there for a month or so and then i am moving to an even quieter place.

In the past two weeks in the Greater Toronto Area, an 18 year old killed a cop by sliting his throat and a 15 year old got shot after trying to knife a cop while he was being arrested for a gang swarming. This goes along with the US big city style youth gangs that are in Toronto now.

its not much differant in the inner city areas of bristol. I live on the outskirts so its not as bad. In one part a friend of my dads was walking to one of his friends house. A cab driver stopped next to him told him to get in the cab and took him to his destination free of charge just so he wouldnt have to walk through the area.

This is exactly why I like living in England. Even though, in Cambourne a few weeks ago an OAP was beaten to within an inch of his life by a group of 10 year olds with sticks. And this is happening in Cornwall. Which is really tame compared to the rest of the country. :-/

the only answer to that one is bigger sticks and baseball practise with their heads.
