Well, Jared did this so I'm going to do it. I have to study for a MAJOR biology test, on the nervous system, that will be tomorrow, this stupid thing is also due tomorrow, so I wonder if anyone can do it for me? Just incase you were wondering, this is take home and we can complete it in any way we want.

Well this thing need punctuations, capitals, and need to be seperated into different paragraphs and need titles to be done. BTW if you decide to help me, then please do it in American English, and the word "Birdy" in this thing is accutally someone's name.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
There is one in every town the eccentric whose peculiar habits and mannerisms invite the suspicion of adults and taunts of children martha hogan is such a person a pretty thirty year old woman who dresses oddly mutters to herself thumps her chest when she is nervous and stares at the world through unblinking eyes just about everyone in the small new england town where she lives knows that one night when martha was seventeen a group of schoolmates tried to assault her and just about everyone thinks that martha somehow asked for it after that night martha withdrew completely living in isolation with her father and her resentful aunt frances but when her father dies martha in a sudden burst of independence moves into a rooming house and gets a job at the local cleaners an act that sets off a chain of events that destroys lives results in a bizzar murder and leaves the town reeling what is marvelous about this powerful story is mary mcgarry morris uncanny skill in presenting the world through martha eyes while at the same time capturing her behavior in all its strangeness morris offers and evenhanded sympathy for all of the people who affect martha aunt frances a driven woman from the wrong side of the tracts who married for money and status colin Mackey the burned out writher and drifter whom francs hires as a handyman and who becomes something much more birdy the manager of the cleaners whose kindness to martha was disastrous repercussions and townspeople who inspire Martha to behave in ways she never intends a dangerous woman is an exceptional novel that will keep the reader on edge to the very last page.

Thanks
Storm

P.S. I didn't write this, so don't blame me if you fell asleep reading this.

no offense, but jared asked for help with his work, not for us to do it for him. And if this is supposed to be for part of a test and revision for said test, wouldnt it be best if you did it??

Well, I don't usually do this, but I really got to study for that Bio test, I'm getting a C+ in that class right now, so I need to get atleast a 98%, or better, in the next 3 tests to make it a A again.

I agree with Craig here.
Nobody can do it for you. That's cheating and it defeats the purpose of even going to school. I've been in the same situation as you many a time. I just never learn.  ;D I somehow always pulled through without asking others to do it for me.

You'll just have to work you butt off all night and decide which is more important. You'll just have to take the late deduction if you can't do it all.

I completely agree.  No one helped me with my schoolwork, and I'm very proud of the grades that I got on my own.

In a way I wish the mods would shut down any topic that asked for help of this sort, because they do show up quite frequently. ;)

Well, thats a good idea, but my teacher doesn't accept late work, but I might just skip that class and have my friend forge a note. But then again if I get caught, its a automatic failure for the quarter...

Good Lord, you'll do just about any morally incorrect thing in the world to get out of fulfilling your obligations, won't you?  Sad.

Not for nothin', but if you spent half the time you spend trying to find ways to cheat on studying, you might not have to make that choice. ;)

ok first of all lets not start personal attacks on people. He asked for some help maybe it was wrong but we all make mistakes.
Secondly, storm, here in the UK we have what are called GCSE's they are made up of 2 years worth of coursework, followed by anything from 11 to i believe 20 exams in the space of about 2 weeks max. The coursework loads are in most cases awful when you add the study for the exams in the final year, you soon find yourself up a good 3 to 5 nights a week till 3am maybe later, i know i did. And these dont count to a % of your final grade, these are your final grade. Your just gonna have to suck it up and do both and if that means a late night so be it, i have done it so have thousands of other students around the globe.

Well, to tell you the truth, this is the first time that I cheated on some thing that doesn't fall under the gym section, not on the tests, just on the running the marathon part.

hmmm...

me thinks that if we stop arguing about doing it, and just get started, it will get done before the time limit, and there would even be time to study if proper concentration was applied...

I stayed up all night to finish that physics test, to which no one gave me the answers, and in a way I wasn't so much asking for someone else to do the work and give me the answers, but for guidance in a direction to get started on the blessed problems. Sometimes those first few steps are the hardest.

And staying up all night to get something done does in the end really pay off. I ended up getting an 85 on the test, and an A in the class. Also pulled another all-nighter to finish the 25 page paper for another class. In the end I ended up with three A's, and one B for this past semester. Made it on the Deans list, and my total GPA is now 3.028, high enough to qualify for cheaper car insurance... :-)

Morale of the story:

If it ain't done, get it done, if you don't know how to do it, ask for guidance, don't get someone else to do it. You will only set yourself up for failure in the end ;-) I have been there and done that in many math classes, so when I got to advanced physics and didn't know how to do the math I was pretty well screwed...
