MXC is the new name for it.  It used to go by "Most Extreme Challenge".  I've caught it a few times, and it's absolutely hysterical.

That's the show where that spoofs thoes Japanese gameshows. I've seen ads for it but it looks kind of stupid.

I despise reality shows, but this thing is actually kinda good.  The things these people do...and the dubbed in dialog is priceless!
