I also use creative wave studio for sound editing, but I recently bought a DVDRW and wanted to make some DVDs with my old tapes, the program that came with the drive is terrible so I got the trial version of the adobe video collection components Adobe(Premiere Pro, Encore DVD, Audition, and After effects 6) it works only for 30 days (If you are rich you can even buy it ;D) but with those programs you can make very nice DVDs and VCDs, get the adobe audition you can make even 5.1 audio tracks with it.

Ps: witch program did you by and what can you do with it?
