Just finished watching the movie "Zulu" for the third time in two days. I have to say I admire the valiant stand the British troops made (reminiscent of the Alamo) and the courage of the men on both sides, not to mention it was the best of English film making.
Zulu is a great flick...perhaps the best war movie ever made.
Based on the valiant defenders of Rorke's Drift, the movie tells the story of an isolated British outpost that holds off a massive Zulu army. The battle at Rorke's Drift was one of the last succesful uses of the British "Thin Red Line".
