Maybe i have been misinformed but i certainly didnt expect too hear from interested people within 24 hours ???

Wow! That's pretty good, we didn't have too many real interest for about 3-4 months which was ok since our house was being built...;-)

Good luck Craig, I know you have been waiting for this for quite some time. Does your Mom have a job lined up yet?

It's definitely a seller's market right now, and the experts are saying that's not going to change any time soon.  This is why the house got so much interest so fast.

Good luck Cragi!
Great edit, Bob.

Don't get too excited yet Craig. People can be downright contrary when they're moving house. These things take time & the legal profession isn't known for its sense of urgency. ::)

I've moved home several times over the years & each time has been a nightmare. On one occasion my vendor pulled his house off the market the day the contracts were due to be exchanged. He was not obliged to give a reason but I suspect that someone had offered him more money. This meant that I had to start househunting from scratch & I almost called it a day. Moving home is well known as being one of the most stressful experiences we go through in life. Just be there for your Mum & give her support when she needs it.

LOL i know about the stress. Seeing as i have been the one doing most of the work with help from my dad and aunt. My mom has done little to help.
We have been told if an offer is put in it will take about 8 works for all the paper work to be sorted, so even if it were to go this week it would be mid may before we move. Thanks again guys:)

well in an unusual moment, someone just appeared at the door asking if we would accept a cash offer on the house, at asking price. This is going a little faster than i could have ever imagined.
