Got a GPS?

Postby Scottler » Sun Feb 22, 2004 11:08 pm

Hmm...my mom (of all people) sent me this link in an email.  For those of you who have a GPS unit, you might enjoy this.  I'm considering getting one just for this purpose!  It's like the ultimate treasure hunt!

Sweet!
I have 2 GPS receivers, where one is in my cell phone...pretty much an obsolete function but still oh-so-cool!
;D

PS Pretty handy though when your deserted, drunk, lost and smells bad.

I know I'm way back in the 20th century but I don't have a cell phone.  If you can't reach me at the office or at home then I am either in a bar or on a golf course.  If I am in a bar or on a golf course and it's a business call I probably don't want to talk to you and if I did there wouldn't be much I could do to help you.  If it's a personal call you probably know that I'm in a bar or on a golf course and you know which bar or golf course.

If I need a GPS I must be so drunk that I don't even know what state I'm in.  In that case I can just ask the bartender where I am and ask him to call a cab.
