She sounds like a gold digger in the article. People like that just seem to appear out of the woodwork like termites. You never know when they come up.

From what I've read about him Chuck Yeager was always a rebel. So what if she's a gold digger.
I'm sure he's not lost all his marbles just yet. Old age does not make him some sort of idiot. Why should he not enjoy himself while he still can? Money & inheritance is the cause of most family squabbles. Relatives he never knew existed will be coming out of the woodwork like vultures when he finally kicks the bucket. If I was in his position I would blow the lot to spite them all. Good luck to him I say. ;D

As far as the familys reaction, thats what greed will do to ya. 5 million out of him already(enough for most people to live off of for the rest of their life without ever having to work again) and still not enough.
As for this woman. Well if she makes him happy then good for him, if shes a gold digger, just wanting his money when he dies then so what, if hes dead its not going to matter to him. He's a smart guy probably had his lawyers draw something up stating she gets little to nothing if they get divorced.
