All I can say is I wish I worked security in Athens Airport, they must have nearly died laughing yesterday...

A British woman sparked a security alert at Athens airport when metal detectors revealed she was wearing a stainless-steel chastity belt.
The BA flight to London was delayed as the woman, 40, told guards her husband had made her wear the belt to avoid amorous encounters on a business trip. She was allowed board.

that poor poor woman.

Strange how it's only just come to light & I've never seen it reported in the British media. This is the sort of stuff they thrive on.

In reality I wonder whether these stories are true ...  ;) .. think of the reality of taking a leak with one of those things on! ...not very tidy to say the least!!  ;) I presume the other function is unhindered?

I also wonder whether this thing was very much a desirable accessory - so to speak... & had batteries built in?  :D

Qantas pulled out of Athens because of the costs involved. The re-sale of aussy airline suport stocks security was becomming a cost joke. they cant surply without criminal bribes.
