Download Blues

Argh, this just started to happen.
When ever I try to download files, it immediately opens and downloads the file;
instead of bringing up the prompt asking me to open, save as, etc...
Anybody know how to fix this?

if i remember correctly,you should press "shift" while clicking on that link.
