I'll take Famous People and pick-ups, for $1000. :)

Glad to hear he is ok!
I've always wondered if he is as smart as he appears to be on the game show, or if it is because the answers are already in front of him?

If you only consider number of episodes watched (6 per week) this is my all time favorite show.

I doubt Alex is that smart in real life.  Not only does he have the answers in front of him, he probably has prompters telling him, "When Joe answered 'Handel' to the Bach question he was thinking of the Brandenburg Concertos".  Alex replies, "Sorry, Joe, you must have been thinking of the Brandenburg Concertos".

I got the answer to the final jeopardy about Buckminster Fuller because I was on line at the time.  I quickly Googled it.

I hope he's OK.  I would hate to see Pat Sajak take over.
