Egyptian air mystery?

Look at this.  An airplane mysteriously disappears minutes after takeoff, with no explanation, as yet, to where it went.

Happened at approximately 1:05 AM, Central Standard Time.

Rescue teams have reached the site, and there appears to be no survivors. It seems all 8 crew and 127 passengers have perished. Reason unknown :(

All passengers and crew assumed dead.  Motherf$#ker!

Latest news on BBC Radio is that it was caused by a purely technical problem. No further details as yet. :'(

It has just come to light that this paricular airline (Flash Airlines) has been banned from entering or operating within Swiss airspace for over 1 year.

Swiss banned Red Sea crash firm

The Egyptian airline whose plane crashed on Saturday was banned from flying to Switzerland because of safety concerns, Swiss officials say.
Shortcomings were detected during a routine check at Zurich airport in October 2002, a Swiss aviation authority spokeswoman said.
