My grandfather had a stoke a few weeks ago :( and he wants some photos of aircraft he flew in the Air Force (1944-1965) to hang in his hospital room.

Hi Ender Baron

Call the closest Air Force Base as I take it he was in the USAF.
Ask for the Public Relations Officer.
Give him your Grandfathers Name, Rank, and Serial Number....explain to him what you want.
Leave the rest to them.
They will probably present PRINTS to him at no cost at an agreed time.  (ex. Christmas, Birthday whatever)
It would be nice to have family members present probably to justify the presentation.

Good Luck...Cheers...Doug

And FYI, unless things were different back in the day, his serial number would be his SSN.

Best wishes, EB.  My thoughts are with you and your family.   ;)

Sorry to hear about your grandfathers luck... :(

BUT on the bright side, he's still here so I'm happy to hear that!  ;)

Goodluck with the photo search!
