Where can you find the info some of you post about a aircrafts history via the tail number?
I have tried to locate a web site for that purpose and yet to find one.

Pssst. I'll let you in on my little secret. Don't tell everyone.
The CAA has its own registration database.
http://www.caa.co.uk/srg/aircraft_register/ginfo/search.aspThe FAA used to have something similar. I don't know if the site is still active.

In Canada check out the Transport Canada Sites.
They will give you aircraft registration, ship registration, etc...etc.
Also some very good information on costs for licencing, medical requirements and how to keep your licence.
We use the site all the time as it is usually always up to-date.
Cheers....Doug
