LOL this is getting to be pathetic.
i havent seen the game, but the stats dont lie, Kanell plain sucks:) Richie, didnt you say you know about this guy?? please tell me it was just an off day:)
hell the broncos must hate october, and whats with all the turnovers? have each time bribed the QB of the day to just give up a few interceptions???
i think its time to bring Elway out of retirement, he starts training now we will have our saviour back by the playoffs:)if we make it that far.
That or pay off miami and bring back Griese, they say he wasnt a team player, who cares he won us games, and being the follow up to Elway of course people are gonna hate him::)
aaaahhhhh hell, just put shanahan himself into t starting QB, the way injurys are going it wont be to long till it happens,
Roll on the bye week. and roll on Plummers return,

OK rant over:)

The fact of the matter is that Danny Kanell just plain sucks.  He's one of those players who was really good in college and but just never materialized into an NFL player.  He was a later round pick when he was drafted but there was still a lot of belief that he could be good-it was wrong.

Simply put, Kanell is listed as an "emergency quarterback" for a reason.  Basically, if all the other QBs get hurt, he goes in (the guy behind him is probably Elam).  His job is just to try and not make his team look to bad until Plummer gets back.

ok i have seen the game finally. all i can say is, high school football. the blame is not just for kanell although it was disastorus on his part, the entire offense deserves the blame. once again they have had to rely on Portis to get them some damn yards. he isnt going to make it to week 13 if it carrys on.
