Looks like a ripoff of the Airbus Beluga to me.

with one advantage, it has 4 engines under its wings, not hairdryers:) ;)

LOL, I bet any 747 would make a very effective hairdryer, all be it an expensive one... ;D

Which was a ripoff of the Boeing Startocruiser Super Guppy that Airbus used for a while ..  I guess Airbus was embarassed to use an "old" Boeing to make their planes.

BTW - I think one of the first examples of a bloated/beluga transport would have to be the Vickers Vimy "Ambulance" of the early post-WW1 period.
