howdy guys.
anyone want to take a guess at this one, i enquire to the Delta airlines academy to learn to fly, however they dont offer financial help to international students, and now i have been getting letters every other week, personally written asking when i will sign on, when will i be going to visit and so on. now problem is its killing me because its a dream opportunity learn to fly all the way upto the jets and then if the final visas are sorted a job with delta regional, of course the torture part is, they require full payment up front $50,000's now what person could afford that much money up front? theres no way a bank would give me a loan no matter how much i work because i would be leaving the country. they allready made that clear. torture or a joke towards me, i ask you that ;D

Banks do offer career development loans.  Go into your bank and discuss your plans with the manager. See what happens, the worst they can say is no.

Also your leaving the country may have nothing to do with it, most banks these days are international and may well have a subsiduary or parent company in the states that can act as your banker to ensure that they recoup the loan.

i will give it another look when i can. the problem is, this is just to good an opportunity to miss, especially with the way airline jobs are these days. i am hoping maybe my dad will help but he always finds an excuse not to.
