This is what is going on 4 miles from my house this weekend. Do you think it is worth going over to check out?

I'll go one step further....it's worth going to Albany, picking Hyp up, and driving back down with him so he can see. 8)

and to think that it seems only a few years ago that the sound of a Connie  passing overhead was normal... a glance and the three engined plane was in it's graceful landing pattern into San Juan (or the lagoon just in front)

I will be going. Weekends are so busy building my house, I told my wife that I "deserve" alittle down time. So, after I finish sanding and staining the front deck, I am going. Pictures to be posted next week. Oh and guys, sorry, but I will let you know about this next time far in advance so I can schedule everybody's pick up time!  LOL   ;D

Actually if I'm not mistaken, the connie usually had 4 engines, unless of course you were refering to the one engine on the plane that never ran... ;D

I guess that's why it ended up ing the laggoon? ???

that was the time that two engines failed on approach..

But I always thought the blue cheat line on the Aerochago, S.A. cargo planes looked neat.
