well I've had both 2k and 2k2 and the prosse is exactly the same.
Unzip the download, and open your FS2k directory, from there open the texture folder within the download and copy&paste the contents to the texture directory, repeat this prosses with gauges and sounds, then move the entire folder to the aircraft directory
