With all apologies to moderator: I am reporting and spreading the word on zone.com and their latest antics. The users and people who play flightsim have to know this orend up iscouraged on zone.
If you want to play flightsim. i suggest you look into vatsim or the online boards that are scattered about.
It seems that the pluses now days have been bullying the users, constantly abusing, discriminating, being rude, arrogant and acting like jerks. Basically alot of them are useless when it comes to REAL issues to be handled on zone and the problems with software.
I have seen plenty of that in the last weeks, being dicriminated myself, i just told mplus to stick it in his butt and smoke it. I am nopt returning to zone. I am organizing an anti-zone boycott.
I am a computer professional, in my years i have never seen blatent misconduct toward the users, and to the people they try to govern. Microsoft is one of the worse companies i have ever seen to let this crap continue and they claim to be an EOE company, and fair. They might be a private system, but under civil and dignity for human rights, they just plain suck... Also if you write for higher up assistance they are just as useless. They side with the staff member on most cases.
Solution: Just don't play there. It's not worth the trouble if you don;t want to be abused by the member pluses and staff of zone. If you do, well you do it at your own risk...
Be especially careful that zone has now too many bad apples that have been known in addition to abusing member plus privs also hacking slacking and breaking into software. There seems to just be too MANY kids as pluses and i feel that it is an injustice to the users, US who play the games to GET away with this crap... It's time to fight back, and put the zone ane their corrupted staff in their place.
BOYCOT ZONE and make stop them cold. They give people who are real pros like many Sys Admins / Help Desk and Customer Service Agents a bad name... I could easily be their staff and try to fix it. But why? its too far gone and a waste of good talents.
A good zone customer service agent:
Helps the users
Is polite to the users and listens
Weighs all evidence or information before action is taken. Just does not fly off handle.
RESEARCHS ALL INFORMATION.
Keeps personal matters at home and not at job.
Does not and should NOT DEMEAN, HARASS, BULLY, Abuse any of the userbase. Their accounts are to assist not abuse and go against policy for personal reasons. (Which happens too often)
UPHOLD the COC for the good of ZONE not uphold it whenever it suits them and again for personal reasons. They should be impartial to any dispute and be FAIR.
They have not done any of that.
Although on a good note there are a few exceptions and good pluses, but there are few of them and many bad apples.
Just thought to point that out.
HERE is a better area maybe to fly in.
VATSIM.com is a better alternate, at least their staff does not tolerate and gets right down to business when this happens.
