Does anyone know how to change the color of the default Windows start menu? I know about the silver color scheme and the green one too, but I was wondering how you go about customizing to be whatever color you want.

right click on the desktop click properties, and then click appearance and it should be an option in there to change the colors

I already know about that. I'm talking about making it whatever color my heart so desires. I don't really like any of the default color schemes for the start menu.

when in that menu click advanced and then select which window you want then click color1 then click other you should be able to select a personal choice.
