sim city 4 please help!

please could someone tell me how to get sim city to actually make me money,
i cant seem to make money, even with the missile test range and toxic dumps in place, my expenditure is huge, if i keep the city small it is constantly begging for more of everything but brings in no money i make it huge no one want to move in and money goes quicker.
so please can i have some advice

Maybe some cheating

press [Ctrl] + X to display the console window. Type "weaknesspays", but do not press [Enter]. Highlight the word using the mouse, then press [Ctrl] + C to copy the text. Press [Enter], then press [Ctrl] + X to open the console window again. Hold [Ctrl] and press V to paste the text, then press [Enter], without releasing [Ctrl]. Keep pressing V then [Enter] while holding [Ctrl] while the console window is still open to amass as much money as desired.

I've seen Sim City 4, is it any good. I still have Sim City 2000 and play Ceasar 3 a lot, which is very similar, just set in Roman times.

once it gets going its cool, you can move your sims from the sims into the city to tell you about the things they really want, and it has quite alot of features, alot better than 300, but in my opinion 2000 goes down as the best, i dont know why i just love that game. be warned though you need a high powered computer for that one

OMG i can't believe i missed the part........my fevorite game, besides FS, but FS is a simulator, so my favorite game.........

The BEST way to get money is using Art Money........if searches for codes when you are playing the game, and guyess how much money i have right now? Yes, 999,999,999. All 9, every place. I am never going to turn out.......and you know what makes it so great? It works for other games like Roller Coaster Tycoon or war games. Very interesating.

I would highly recommend it! The gamr rocks, it is not that expensive and you get to download cities, regions and other things from their official site!
