I completely agree with their actions.
In more detail, They will be told to go home at quiet times and made to come back and work when its very busy, to make up for the lost hours.

It is understood the employees are protesting against a new swipecard entry system which allows managers to monitor their working hours.

Meanwhile - the only one to suffer is poor old Joe Public - yet again. Bet you wouldn't agree if your holiday was ruined.  ::)
