The Godfather

Postby Wing Nut » Thu Jul 10, 2003 10:59 pm

I just got the Godfather DVD collection and spent the last four nights in a marathon Godfather viewing session.  The first night, Godfather I, second night, Godfather II, third night, Godfather III, the fourth night, all the DVD extras and hunting for easter eggs.  Jeez, I want to go home to the old country, but for me that's Ireland.  I just hope I don't wake up next to a horses head :D  They really are awesome flicks, even III which most people trash.

I only really enjoyed the first one, which makes it into my classic movies list. That was an INCREDIBLE film. The others left me feeling a little disappointed, maybe because the first one was so brilliant.

Anyone ever seen the Pulp fiction soundtrack? Saw the film the other night (learned Misirlou as well ;D). Resevoir dogs was on recently as well. Hope more of Tarantino's films come on soon.
