Just a stupid Question!!

Sometimes, My little blue guy to the left,
the one that looks like he just got back
from a check ride with Ozzy, runs real slow
and sometimes he runs real fast!! Is this
a result of my computor speed or the forum
speed, I would think if it were computor,
he would be the same all the time??
when I look in his folder it doesn't
seem to change that much???

What is wrong with doing a check ride with me? If that was the case he'd be green and holding a barf bag
I think you'll find its the speed of the server, and it depends on the load on the forums

I'll take a shot at it.

It doesn't have anything to do with forum speed because the file is stored on your computer - go look now for Windows\Temporary Internet Files\motz.gif.  Don't open it from there but you can cut & paste and play with it later.

Your little headbanger is in there, too.  I'm going to steal him to put on some stationery.

Doesn't your computer run faster at some times than others?  When you first boot it runs really fast.  Then you start turning on your av, task scheduler, etc. and things kind of bog down.  That's what's happening with the animation.  That plus the fact that your caches are getting filled up.

sometimes i'm glad to live in a different time zone. just until 4pm (GMT) ,the forums are really "fast".  8)
