Don't mention it to the Tipster - he'll go mental.

Oh dear! BR_ this guy (Ferdi) is renown for this. You might want to talk to Tipster (John) as he is taking legal action against him, I think he has some site setup about this.

First, I'm already mental. ;D

Secondly, I'm waiting on several people to come back to me at the moment. The issue with our notorious `friend` is far from over and although the big wheels turn slowly, they do eventually turn.

I remain steadfastly committed to bringing Ferdy to account for his arrogant disregard for both the law and the wishes of freeware authors. The clock is still ticking..

This should be good!

I have some useless info for you... Did you know a fully loaded C17 has a shorter take off run than a B200?

;D

Your right Henk... pretty useless for this post, but it is good because it kinda mixes up things a bit... And Tipster, I am glad you said it (agreed more like it) about you being mental... LOL j/k

Who can blame you!!!

He's got plenty of my stuff up there. I speak to those who pay for advertising on his page, they say they stopped supporting him, but he keeps the links up. They dont mind, free publicity  ;) :P

on which site did you upload it BR, fsfreeware?

fsplanet or whatever you guys call t is a BIG pain in the ass...
it went down the drain together with the IFSA...

abd BR_, try to downlaod the file and e-mail the author who repainted it that it isn't allowed (or did evil ferdy did it himself?)

and FSTipser... the guy has satelite internet AFAIK...
IP adress of the website is 216.40.197.204

if he would take the rules others made up as serious as he takes the ones he made up for himself, the site would be dead by now

He has a banned list?! ooooooh my word this is funny! I plan on starting repainting soon... Can some one please help me with a EULA that will legally prevent him from uploading my files? Trust me i WILL take legal action if he uploads them...
