End of an era!!!

Thats right... Concorde is being retired in October this year, after 27 years of service
They say its because of falling passenger numbers and rising mantanance costs. Incidents such as parts of the rudder falling off mid-flight, windows cracking, computer glitches, nose malfunctions and engine trouble, aswell as Paris 2000 and Sept. 11th have what given it a slow death. :-/
We may never see another supersonic airliner like Concorde. All the aircraft are destined to be static display pieces in museums, which is a shame because they will never fly again.
